Oppo Electronics, based at China has launched its flagship Oppo N3 in India. The smartphone is charged Rs. 42,990 in India and is to be available at all major stores across the country. The smartphone, if recalled was first introduced back in October 2014 and has taken quite a long time for it to be launched in the Indian market.
The emphasizing feature of the Oppo N3 is its motorized swivel camera. The swivel camera of N3 tracks and records objects as they move while being able to rotate up to 206 degrees. The 16-megapixel motorized swivel camera of the Oppo N3 gives the smartphone a whoop factor. Panoramas in up to 64 MP capacity can be shot by the Oppo N3’s camera. The camera also features 1/2.3-inch sensor that has a pixel size of 1.34 micrometres. Also the camera gets a Schneider Kreuznach-certified lens along with five optical lenses, an LED flash and f/2.2 aperture.
Under the Oppo N3’s “Ultra image 2.0″ suite comes few more camera functions such as,
  • slow shutter
  • shooting in RAW and
  • ultra macro mode after focus
Not just this, the Oppo N3 smartphone also sports a fingerprint sensor on its rear panel for performing several functions of which includes image protection with fingerprint authentication. This image protection can be done with just a swipe after capturing an image.
So the smartphone with this special and innovative camera is definitely one-of-its-kind when compared with other such mobile phones.

To just brush up with its features and specs, the Oppo N2 comes as a 5.5-inch full-HD displayed smartphone that has 1080×1920 pixels resolution. The pixel density again is of 403ppi. Running on Android 4.4 KitKat the phone gets skinned with Oppo’s new ColorOS 2.0.1.
Power for the smartphone is given by a 2.5GHz quad-core Snapdragon 801 (MSM8974AA) chipset which is further supported by an Adreno 330 GPU and 2GB RAM. Inbuilt storage available on the phone is 32GB and it can further be expanded up to 128 GB using microSD card.
The smartphone backs up a 3000mAh battery for its survival and the battery gets the company’s own VOOC rapid charging technology. According to Oppo, with this technology N3’s battery can be recharged from 0% to 75% in just 30 minutes.

  • USB 2.0.
There is a notification light available below the handsets screen, same like the one available on Oppo Find 7 along with the new Notification 2.0 software. Overall with all these specs and features the phone in total weighs 192 grams and measures 161.2x77x9.9mm.
Having said all these, the Oppo N3 feels to be priced very high in-spite of considering its specifications. Still, it with its massive and innovative camera might attract photo enthusiasts.
