Assam Government that will circulate information about disaster
management to the people in need. Assam faces the annual problem of
floods every year. As the state is situated in a highly active seismic
zone, the authorities have taken a step to revamp the disaster
management facilities.

smartphone users in the state. It could serve as a communication tool to
