Google Search Giant Forms Parent Company, and Appoints Sundar Pichai as CEO

Google is all set to expand its business with the formation of a new company called “Alphabet”. This came as a surprise in a recent corporate reorganization on Monday. This Company is a new parent company for Google and it will also include all the search units as one of the several entities of Google. It will help Google to speed up its searching process and will act as a partner company for Google.
