Android ‘M’ stands for Marshmallow, turns to Version 6

Irrespective of whether the Marshmallow you like is straight out of the bag , slightly roasted to golden brown and yet molten in the centre or still in the fluffy form, everyone likes MarshmallowGoogle has now opened the secret behind the M in Android M and it stands for Marshmallow. This makes it Andorid 6.0 final update.

This version of Android Marshmallow is said to release this fall. The preview was featured at Google’s I/O  conference. To increase the excitement  among the users Google had held off from announcing the full name.  After finalising the name, Google also released the finished version of the Android 6.0 SDK and the third Marshmallow software preview can be loaded on the Nexus device. In the Google Blog Post the preview images are near final but not intended for customer use.  Also remember that when Android 6.0  Marshmallow Launches to the public later this fall, you will need to manually re-flash your device to a factory image to continue to receive consumer OTA updates for your Nexus device.
