Vivo has all set up to release the next smartphone the Vivo X5 Pro on Wednesday, May 13^th. The company has been in the lime light for quite some time now in the past few months for producing one of the thinnest smartphones in the world. With that in mind there is absolutely no doubt that company’s proclaimed next smartphone will push it through one way or the other. ⇒ It is rumored that the device could come with Snapdragon 615 CPU.
⇒ The device is said to run on Vivo’s Funtouch OS 2.1 software overlay atop Android 5.0 Lollipop
⇒ The best, impressive and solid feature of the phone is the huge 4150mAh battery that the phone will house.
⇒ It has also been rumored that the Vivo X5 Pro will come with  a 2.5D glass screen along with an eye technology recognition.

The Vivo X5 Pro is rumoured to have a Snapdragon 615 chipset, retina scanner and also a front camera that can shoot  32MP images.However, the Vivo X5 Pro will not be the first smartphone to pack a retina scanner. Earlier this year, ZTE announced its Grand S3 handset that boasts the same optical security technology.

But in addition to the technology’s use in terms of security, Vivo could also be using its phone’s retina scanner in a more efficient way. In the report, the phone may be able to scan the retina in just a slight glance and a leaked document reveals a front shooter that can take 32MP selfies.

Wrapping up the rumored specs include a USB-C connection, which has been popularized by Apple’s new MacBook 2015 ultraportable laptop, and a Snapdragon 615 chipset that supports 64-bit applications.

The Vivo X5 Pro is expected to be officially announced this month on 13th  and become available in China. There has been no details furnished about the pricing and its availability outside China.
